A Reminder that the Woodworkers meeting will be March 29th at the Anchorage Museum, 7-9pm. We will have a show and tell of some of the winning projects from Artistry in wood as well as a white elephant tool swap. Tools for the swap should be limited to a $20 value and be functional. Tools need to be wrapped or concealed in a bag or box. The basic rules are as follows: Numbers will be drawn to to determine the selection order. You can take someone else’s tool that has already been unwrapped or chose to open a new one. If your tool is stolen then you can draw again but you can only steal once. Who knows what you will bring home, so bring something to swap and have fun. Tool ideas are a chisel, square, marking knife, drill/auger bits, router bits or any thing extra you have on hand. We meet at the Anchorage Museum (625 C St, Anchorage). Please use the old museum entrance on the corner of 7th and A street near the funky red sculpture. If the door is locked ring the buzzer to the right of the doors. We will be in the Reynolds room to the right of the lobby.
Hope to see you there.
