Don’t miss the November General Meeting.
Monday, November 26th. 7:00 p.m.
At The Anchorage Museum.
625 C Street (Go to the old entrance on the south side of the Museum, by the red sculpture, then ring the buzzer at the far right door, and the security guard will let you in. We are in the auditorium)
During the meeting we will be discussing the future course of the ACWA, and changes to the information stream. How do we keep in touch with our members? We want your ideas.
Also on the program will be a look at portable benches. Dohnn W. writes, “My plan for the portable bench talk is to bring the two different benches I have made, and discuss the process I went thru to design and build them. The first bench I built was in 2008 for Tony’s Viking tupperware class. It is very compact and is easy to move. The second bench takes lessons from the first and was built to use in an 8th grade class. Both benches are very quick to assemble and disassemble and travel quite well.”
Bring in your portable bench, or, as always, bring an old tool, a new tool, and projects finished or tacky.
See you there!
